Built for ownership
Web Paste works alongside businesses and organisations to understand how the work actually gets done. We spend time with the people using the systems—on site and online—to see what works, what causes frustration and where better tools, clearer processes or practical training could make a real difference.
Sometimes that means improving an existing platform. Sometimes it means documenting a better workflow, connecting systems or building something new. Whatever the solution, we make sure the people responsible understand it and can manage as much as possible themselves—with Web Paste available when support or specialist development is needed.

We start on-site
We start by understanding how your team works now, where time is being lost and which parts of the system already work well. The right solution is often a combination of better setup, clearer processes, practical training and targeted development.
Understand the workflow
Optimise existing tools
Build internal capability
Capability before complexity
We do build websites, integrations, applications and automations—but development is only one part of improving a digital system.
Wherever possible, we help teams get more value from the tools they already have. We set up clear ownership, remove unnecessary steps and make the system easier to understand before deciding that more software is required.
- Restructure unclear workflows around the people responsible for them
- Configure existing platforms so useful features are actually being used
- Reduce administration through better processes and targeted automation
- Build new tools or integrations only where they solve a real operational problem

Cintesi: developing internal digital capability
Our work with Cintesi goes beyond building and integrating their ecommerce platform. We work alongside their team to help them take greater ownership of their wider digital activity.
We helped set up an AI widget builder within their BigCommerce site, created a practical training library and supported the team as they established the tools, accounts and workflows needed to manage digital marketing internally.
The focus is not simply handing over technology. It is making sure the people using it understand the system, can work consistently and know when they can manage something themselves or when specialist support is useful.

Practical support across workflows, systems and tools
The work is shaped around the systems your organisation relies on and the people who need to manage them after the project is complete.

Raglan Naturally: substantial in-house publishing without losing structure
Raglan Naturally Community Trust needed to publish a large and growing body of projects, stories and community information.
We built the site around reusable templates, loop grids, clear content types and organised categories. This gave the team a safe, repeatable way to create substantial amounts of content themselves while keeping the website visually consistent and easy to navigate.
We spent time training the team on the publishing workflow, explaining how the structure worked and helping them build confidence as the content library grew. The system was designed to protect the layout from common editing errors rather than relying on ongoing developer input for every update.

GoRaglan: complicated systems made manageable
GoRaglan brings together a large public website, accommodation and employment platforms, community content and local market trend reporting.
We structured the website, accommodation listings and jobs platform so GoRaglan’s digital marketing person could manage them internally. This included straightforward administration, clear ownership, easy-to-use Graph imports for reporting, and practical training supported by repeatable workflows—making a complex digital ecosystem manageable without making the day-to-day work feel complicated.

Turn growing AI capability into useful business workflows.
The ability of AI agents to work across approved tools, information and repeatable processes is growing quickly. Used well, they can move beyond isolated prompts and become a practical part of how work gets done.
Web Paste helps organisations identify worthwhile use cases, build agents into existing workflows and train teams to use them confidently—with clear permissions, review points and human oversight. Learn more about AI integration and automation.

Workflow mapping
Understand how information and tasks move between people, platforms and services before making changes.
Platform configuration
Set up websites, ecommerce platforms and third-party tools around the way the organisation operates.
Training libraries
Create reusable guides and walkthroughs so knowledge stays available as teams and responsibilities change.
Roles & ownership
Clarify who manages each platform, account and process, with permissions that support those responsibilities.
Reporting & imports
Make recurring reporting, data imports and content updates easier to complete accurately and consistently.
Ongoing advice
Keep responsive technical support available while your team manages the day-to-day work internally.

Connect the workflow
Agents can gather, organise, draft and update information across approved business tools instead of working in isolation.
Reduce repeat administration
Triage enquiries, prepare information, classify content, monitor routine tasks and hand exceptions to the right person.
Keep people in control
Build in permissions, review stages and activity visibility so AI supports judgement rather than replacing accountability.
