THOMAS CASHEN

Tom studied a BA in Design Studies at the University of Otago after which he worked in Auckland, designing and building educational online learning platforms for a telco company. Eventually, his interest in web solutions led him to work as a developer for a marketing agencies where he specialised in hosting, development and web design.
Using what he'd learnt along the way and with some help from friends in the industry, Tom was able to launch Web Paste in 2021 - a full-service digital marketing agency based in Raglan, New Zealand. Tom loves finding technical solutions for businesses based in the mighty Waikato and across New Zealand.
MAURICIO ACUÑA

With over a decade of experience in Digital Marketing, Mauricio provides valuable support to businesses of all kinds. His extensive skill set includes expertise in platforms and channels such as SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo. With experience in CRO and improving the overall user website experience to boost conversion rates, Mauricio is a ninja when it comes to increasing website acquisitions.
Originally from Chile, Mauricio is now a permanent resident of New Zealand. He completed his studies in Business Management in Chile and holds a Master's Degree in Business certification.

Waqar is a seasoned software developer with fifteen years working experience on many technologies, languages, scripts and frameworks. He has a BS (Computer Science) which he gained at The University of Karachi.
Over his career, Waqar has developed and supervised highly technical projects - overcoming great challenges to ensure great outcomes. Waqar loves complex projects that allow him to use his unique ability to provide and implement feasibility plans and technical architecture.
